What is D-Biz?
In order to help Hong Kong companies to overcome the economic impact from COVID-19 pandemic, the HKSAR Government launched a grant called “Distance Business Programme” (D-Biz). D-Biz subsidizes 100% of IT system cost for local businesses. Typical online solution such as online stores, online ordering etc are included. The maximum subsidy for each eligible company is HK$ 300,000, while the subsidy for each project is at most HK$ 100,000.
D-Biz Eligibility
Non-listed private companies that has substantive business operation. In general, applicants should present the following:
- Business agreement
- MPF record
- Recent bank statement, etc
